When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered 3-5 after payment has been received. If you live in an outlying area your order may take up to 7 days to be delivered. In the event that stock for your order is either limited or still in the drying process, this time frame may be affected. But not to worry, we will always communicate accordingly!

What is the shipping cost?
A standard shipping rate of R125 for local orders (in and around Jhb) and R150 for national orders within the rest of South Africa.
Can I exchange or return my item?
Unfortunately we do not allow any exchanges or returns on our dried flowers this is to ensure that they remain in optimal condition, as they are fragile and do not tolerate excessive handling. If you are unsure about anything before making your purchase, please feel free to get in contact, and we will get back to you promptly.
